Kodiak Construction & Consulting is located in Combermere, Ontario and has been creating custom homes throughout Ontario since 1987. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a one-of-a-kind home that fits their individual style of living. We produce homes that are comfortable and cozy - a beautiful alternative to run-of-the-mill cookie-cutter boxes.
As a family business, Kodiak can guarantee that our commitment to quality is sustained throughout the project. Journeyman carpenter Bernie Smith has a strong eye for detail, and he's backed up by son David, a talented finish and trim carpenter. Younger son Jakob lends his strong computer skills to the design end of the business. Mom Jane looks after the "business" end of things.
